well today i swopped my breakfast with a big fat coffee.... and for lunch had a carrot, apple and bannana! i did have a twix but only cause i am doing this class at the gym and it is a killerr... i mean like it burns 800 calis or something so i would of passed out if i didnt!!.

i got home and my mum had made me some beans on toast with i ate then throw back up, my throat kind is starting to hurt cause i am doing it so much but i have lost weight i no i have! i will weigh myself in a min maybe i will follow with a happy message or maybe pissed of cause i am not getting thinner haha!

does anyone have any tips on what to do when you start to feel faint?

This is so weird i feel really heavy and sick... like everything is spinning..!! this is new.
